Wines Omerta

The vineyards are located in the top Argentinean Cuyanos valleys
This is a family owned wine producers who came to this land in the late nineteenth century from Italy.
Where already the ancestors grew their vines.
Future generations have been able to preserve the quality Omertá of their wines.
In each generation a child is chosen to carry out this ancient art of creating wines. The whole family is involved in various processes, care of the vineyards, the fruit harvesting, processing, marketing and fractionated.
The vineyards are located in the top Argentinean Cuyanos valleys:
- Valle de Agrelo Luján (1.050m altitude)
- Valle de Medrano (850m altitude)
- Valle de Reduccion (950 m altitude).
The development of the grapes is done without stalk, with selected yeasts and minimal maceration of 21 days, capturing all the aromas and colours characteristic of each variety.
