Amuyen – Beekeeping Cooperative

"Let's all take the path together" is the Mapuche translation of Amuyen.
Origins
And this is precisely what a group of beekeepers from the Escobar area, province of Buenos Aires, proposed in 2004. Over time and linked to the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA) in the Paraná Delta region, the formed Beekeeping Cooperative oriented its enterprise to the production of honey and pollen in wetland areas, of which Amuyen was a pioneer.
Processing and Packaging plants
With production that is marketed in the domestic market, the Cooperative has two plants: one for processing and packaging pollen and a honey fractionation plant. Producer of bee honey and pollen of the highest quality, Amuyen is today a reference for other beekeeping institutions in the country and Latin America as a result of a harvest carried out under the strictest controls, applying the best technology and with the advice of the best INTA technicians.
Bee care
Prioritizing the guarantee of achieving the best honey and pollen, the Cooperative controls bee diseases with medicines of organic origin, thus achieving its primary objective.
Social Responsability
Amuyen works within a framework of solidarity and social responsibility, for which it promotes training programs that encourage young people from the countryside to join the beekeeping sector and keep it active. In this way, it also promotes the development of its communities and ensures decent employment for young people.

The brand of honey processed and packaged by the Beekeeping Cooperative is “Amuyen”.

There is also the possibility of packaging under your own brand name.
